I am seeing the below error upon clicking on 'Enroll in benefits that matter to you' from ESS

The issue is seen only from ESS and not as BEN Admin

"The participation process retrieved no compensation objects based on the selection criteria that you specified. This error occurred in the BUILD_COMP_OBJECT_LIST procedure within the BEN_COMP_OBJECT_LIST package. Revise the participation process parameters by setting an appropriate effective date or making the filter criteria less restrictive."
