Summary:

Requirement:

We have a requirement to generate personalized compensation change statements and include additional data fields in the compensation letter templates that are not part of the Workforce Compensation plan.

 

To achieve this, we customized the seeded Compensation Workbench Print Statements BI report and data model. We added custom XML elements to the data model and redeployed the report.

 

However, the custom XML tags are not available in the compensation letter templates. We also updated the BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME profile option from the default 24 hours to 15 minutes, but the issue still persists.

 

Questions:

Whether it is technically supported to fetch and use fields in compensation letter templates that are not part of the compensation plan, and
