Learning not showing as complete

Summary:

I have a lot of learners messaging me to say that they have completed courses (and some have sent the message at the end of the course that says the course is complete) but its not showing as such on their end. I think I have narrowed it down to courses that have been assigned by the learning team as initiatives which are all courses that have to be completed on a refresher basis either 1,2 or 3 years apart.

When I look at the learners record as a learning specialist I can see that the course shows as complete so why is it not showing as complete for the learners? Is anyone else having issues with this?
