Not able to scan barcode from android mobile phone

Summary:

We are using the mobile devices (android Phone) to check the Stock level (Navigation >> Inventory Execution> Stocking Enquiry). Unfortunately we are not able to scan the item barcode.

Oracle standard ESS job 'Print Inventory Labels' being used to generate the barcode.

Is these limitation to scan the barcode via Android Phone ? If yes what is the minimum specification required to scan the Item Barcodes.
