SmartActions as actions types aren't working as expected

Summary:
In 25A there was a fab new feature allowing us to configure Action types as SmartActions, this made the action plans really powerful when a task was to add a document or create a conversation, however I've found that a number of the SmartActions don't work, is this expected/ known and is it being looked at?
The list of SmartActions I have found that don't do what I'd expect are:
Add Team Member
Add Employee
Add Employee Contact
Add Action
Add Action Plan
I've reviewed the following docs to see if there is something I may have missed in the configuration but I can't see that I have.
