Value set to get list of Active delegation

Hello Oracle Community,

I would like to check the feasibility of creating a Value Set that returns a list of active delegations in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Business Requirement:
We need to display only currently active delegations (based on start date and end date) as a list of values, to be used in a configuration such as:

• Descriptive Flexfield (DFF), or
• Other functional setups that support value sets.

Key Points:

• The value set should return only active delegations (current date between delegation start and end dates).
• The solution should be usable in a table‑validated or independent value set, if supported.
