Inquiry regarding Granular Access Controls in OGL Console

Good day team,

I have a question regarding the Editor role within the OGL console.

The Question: Can the console be configured to allow specific users with the Editor role to access/edit only a curated subset of content? Specifically, is there a way to assign a piece of OGL content to a specific Editor so they cannot see or modify other organizational content?

Use Case: OGL messages (using templates) for Supply Chain emergencies to distribute info to a remote SCM Functional Support team. We would like the SCM Functional Support Manager to have Editor access only for these specific messages, without granting them visibility or edit rights to our entire library of guides.
