(Oracle Fusion Cloud )
I am trying to apply flat shipping charges on a Sales Order, but the system is not allowing me to add or configure them. I have checked the available freight terms, carrier settings, and pricing setups, but the flat-rate charge option still isn’t appearing or applying to the order.
Can someone guide me on:
Which specific setup enables flat shipping charges?
Whether this needs to be configured through Shipping, Pricing, or both?
Any known limitations or prerequisites for applying flat-rate freight charges on sales orders?
