Why does the data push rule omit one product even though it's not been excluded in the data map?

Summary:

In EPBCS, I have a data push rule which pushes data from FINREV cube to FS cube. This rule refers to a data map and it does not exclude any specific product. Yet my rule does not update values in FS cube for one product type. Is there any other setting that can cause this to happen?
