Can the PR Justification length in fusion limit to 480 characters?

Note that current limit characters of PR Justification length in Oracle Fusion is 1000 characters, and the PR would sync to OFS (EBS) which only allow 480 characters.

Therefore, would like to know if the PR justification in Oracle Fusion can limit the length to 480 characters due to the concerns of errors result in SOA flow?
