Unable to receive password reset email for Default Identity (Free Tier)
I have two identities associated with my OCI account:
- Default Identity
- OracleIdentityCloudService
Password reset emails work correctly for OracleIdentityCloudService.
However, when I attempt to reset the password for the Default Identity, no email is received.
I have verified the inbox, spam/junk folders, and tested using incognito mode.
I am the tenancy administrator and originally received the welcome email in March 2021.
Is there a way to:
- Perform a manual password reset for the Default Identity, or
- Remap/update the email address associated with the Default Identity?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
