Not able to find the redwood purchasing agreements page

Summary:

Hi Team

When we checking 25D what's new, it mentioned the Redwood: Create and Edit Purchase Agreements is default enable, don't need to do anything to enable.

But when we upgrade i can't see the redwood purchasing agreement navigation.

And when i explore more, i find need to enable the profile and run the job.

If i only look at 25D what's new, then i never be able to find the steps, may i know how can i aviod this situation?
