Question on Customizing “Created By” Field in RFQ Notifications

Hi,

After an RFQ is created in Oracle Fusion, the system automatically generates a notification that appears in the Worklist. This notification includes information indicating who created the RFQ (Created By).

Our client would like to understand whether it is possible to remove, hide, or modify the “Created By” information displayed in the Worklist notification, or alternatively replace it with a generic or system user.

The business requirement behind this request is to avoid exposing individual buyer details in system notifications and instead present a standardized or system-level identity for RFQ-related notifications.
