Notification emails from the buyer are either not being sent or the sender email cannot be changed.

Hi,

Our client has a requirement where, when the system sends a negotiation (RFQ) creation notification email to the supplier, the email is currently sent with the buyer’s email address as the sender. The client would like the notification email to still be sent to the supplier, but with the sender email changed to a generic or system email address instead of the buyer’s email.

Could you please confirm whether it is possible to change the sender email for this notification, and if so, advise on the supported configuration or setup to achieve this?
