Bursting Report for Line Managers - Future Hire Notifications (No Data Returned)

Hi Community,

I'm developing a bursting report in BI Publisher that will notify line managers about employees starting on their hire date. The report should run daily with a parameter to specify how many days in advance to notify managers (e.g., if parameter = 5, managers receive notification 5 days before the employee's start date).

Report Requirements:

1. Daily scheduled report with parameter "Days Before Start Date" (default = 1)
2. Bursting by line manager email
3. Show only pending/future hires based on the parameter

Required Columns:

• New Starter Full Name
• Person Number
• Start Date
• Line Manager Full Name
• Manager Person Number
• Manager Email
