Oracle HCM – Change default columns in Person Search during transactions
Summary:
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some clarification regarding Oracle HCM. During transactions where the Person Search is used, it is possible to:
- enable/disable columns
- change the column order using the personalization icon
However, based on my tests:
- these changes are temporary
- they are user-specific
- for other users, or after a new login, the layout reverts to the standard default
My question is:
Is there a way to permanently change the default columns (visibility and order) for the Person Search, for example:
- at role level
- via configuration, profile options, or lookups
- through sandbox, personalization, or other HCM configuration tools?
