“specified height” error

Summary:

Hi All,

We are facing a recurring “specified height” error related to the Formula Bar in Excel while using Oracle Smart View.

We have already tried the following:

• Manually resizing Formula Bar / Ctrl + Shift + U
• Setting Excel Zoom to 100%
• Changing Windows display scaling to 100% / 125%
• Turning Formula Bar off and on
• Resetting Excel window layout
• Disabling hardware graphics acceleration
• Clearing Smart View cache
• Restarting Excel/system and updating Excel

The issue still occurs intermittently. Has anyone found a permanent fix or is this a known Excel–Smart View UI issue? Any Oracle-recommended solution would be helpful.
