Are Requisition Skills used in Matching features

Summary:

We are looking at dynamic skills and how this will add value to our recruitment process. One of the areas we are exploring is the potential to get better results in our Matching features - Suggested Jobs, Suggested Candidates, Similar Jobs and Similar Candidates.

I have found the below information which states that the Skills on a candidate profile are used in these features, but the Skills on requisitions are not. Is this still the case, and if so, is there a plan to use requisition skills in order to improve the matching features?
