Microsoft Teams Web Conference Integration Issues in Oracle Fusion Sales

Hi Team,

We have completed the Microsoft Teams integration setup on both the Azure side and within the Oracle Fusion Sales application as per the Oracle documentation below. However, we are facing the following issues related to meeting creation and synchronization:

Issues Observed

  1. Meetings created from Outlook / Microsoft Teams
    • Meetings created from Outlook are syncing to Oracle Fusion, but they are created with the activity type “Meeting” instead of “Web Conference”. Due to this, the Start Meeting option is not available in Fusion.
    • Meetings created directly from Microsoft Teams are not syncing to Oracle Fusion.
