Can the Collaborator's email address display in notifications to candidates

Summary:

There are two tokens available for these Recruiting Content Library notifications that pertain to the Collaborator's email details:

${RequisitionCollaboratorsEmailList}

${JobOfferTeamCollaboratorsEmailList}

Neither have worked for us when attempting to populate the Collaborator's email address to send to the candidate. Can Collaborator email addresses be populated in notifications using the available tokens? And if so, which token should be used?
