Thailand Payroll – Error “Tax deduction information isn’t available for the employee”

Hi All,
We are currently implementing Global Payroll for Thailand in TEST insatnce.
When we run payroll (QuickPay) for an employee who has only earnings and no deductions, we encounter the following error:
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 003611.
QuickPay – Tax deduction information isn’t available for the employee.

We have verified that the employee has valid earnings elements. Payroll and legal employer details are correctly configured
Has anyone faced a similar issue while implementing Thailand payroll?
Could you please guide on:

  1. Mandatory tax card or deduction setup required for Thailand
  2. Whether a default tax deduction element or tax calculation card is required
