Talent Profile HDL - How create unquie ProfileItemID

Summary: When importing TalentProfile HDL using the attached values, it only creates one record due to having duplicate ProfileItemId in each row. How do I either run this without ProfileItemId, or how do I generate a unique System ProfileItemId or each row?
