Career Coach Not Returning Any Vacancies

When enabling the pre-configured template for the Career Coach for the Career Site we are finding that recommended jobs are not being returned. We have jobs in London, California etc but if you enter those as preferred locations the AI Agent cannot find them. Anyone enabled this and has it working as they would expect?
