Automated hiring team notification not working

Hi,

We have created withdrawn notification for the hiring team when the candidate is withdrawn.

Created template under Automated Hiring Team Notification and added in Candidate Selection Process under all the phases in Withdrawn state.

Still Hiring team is not receiving the notification. Can you guide if am missing any more step here.
