Incumbent details are not displayed on the Redwood Position page

Summary:

Incumbent details are not displayed on the Redwood Position page, while the Classic Position page correctly shows incumbents for the same position and effective date.

When accessing Position Details, the incumbent name and related information are visible in the incumbent section. The issue consistently occurs for employees who were hired into existing positions via HDL.
