Grade Rates

Summary

Updated grade rates not pulling in OTBI reports

We have recently updated our grade rates with the 2015 rates.  We used the effective date of 1/1/15.  The new rates show when you go to the Manage Salary screen for an EE, however, the new rates do not pull into OTBI reports.  The old rates are still displayed.  Is there a process we need to run?  Any suggestions?
