Candidate Selection Process Fast Formula Bug

Summary:

My team and I are running a Fast Formula on the Candidate Selection Process, specifically on the Interview and Selection phase to see if someone has been in the phase for longer than 45 days. If they have been in that phase longer than 45 days, they will be moved to "Rejected by Employer."

We figured out that fast formulas only run on a candidate once in the sate, so if candidate doesn't move out of that state, they won't move to "Rejected by Employer."

For example, if the candidate is move to Manager to Review in Interview and Selection and is in that phase and state for 45+ days, they won't ever be dispositioned out because the fast formula already ran on the candidate the first time they were moved to that phase and state.
