Contractors unable to change/add their address when applying to a requisition

Summary:

Contractors with no contingent worker account are unable to change/add their address when applying to a requisition

Customer hires Contractors. They are not given an employee account but they are given a domain name company email address.

When these workers are hired as they are not on payroll, no address is required to be entered in HCM. Contingent worker are considered external candidates.

Issue: When the contractor applies to an external requisition, they are not allowed to enter an home address as the fields are grayed out. Therefore they cannot complete an application. The contractor must go through Core HR to have their address added to complete an application.
