How to create the probation journey, before probation end ?
Summary:
Probation Journey
- Employee joins on 01-Jan-2026
- Initial probation: 3 months → ends 31-Mar-2026
- Before the probation end date, in 2nd week of March Manager confirms.
- Based on Manager confirmation, probation is extended based upon the manager confirmation (yes or no).
- If yes means it should be moved to HR Review and from that it move to Employee acknowledgment.
- If no it should be extended from 3 → 6 months (till 30-Jun-2026)

Created the Journey category under the Contextual Journey category. In the Advanced tab, have not selected any action, as there is no specific action available that is directly related to probation.
