Smartview member selector is not opening with the default alias table

Hi,

Couple of users raised an issue regarding smartview.

When they select the member selector, the hierarchy is displayed with a custom alias table instead of the default table.
They've restarted excel, their system and tried again. Still not displaying the default table.
Note, they did not change the alias before opening the member selector.
What could be the issue here?
