Bulk update coverage details in subscriptions

Summary:

We have a requirement to update standard coverage details in Subscriptions in bulk. So far I am unable to find any file based import for entitlement rules in subscriptions. Is there any API to do it?

Background:
We are in process of migrating active service contracts from EBS to Fusion.
Clients had done customization in EBS where -

  1. Standard coverage template is copied and applied to the subscriptions
  2. The entitlement rule details are then updated as required

We are not going to migrate the non-standard coverages to Fusion. In Fusion, only standard coverage will be used.
