Restrict Recruit to Hire dashboard data by Business Unit in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

We are experiencing a data visibility issue in the Recruit to Hire dashboard within Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

We have two separate Business Units:

  • Qatar Business Unit
  • India Business Unit

Users in Qatar BU are assigned the below role:

XYZ_RECRUITING_MANAGER_VIEW_ALL_DATA

Users in India BU are assigned the same role:

XYZ_RECRUITING_MANAGER_INDIA_DATA_ROLE_DATA

Expected behavior:

  • Recruitment Managers from the India Business Unit should see only India-related transactions/requests.
  • Recruitment Managers from the Qatar Business Unit should see only Qatar-related transactions/requests.
  • Data visibility should be restricted based on the user’s Business Unit or region.
