How can we tell if the Process Inactive Employee's Corporate Card Trans is working?
Summary:
We have an employee that was made inactive in HCM with a termination date of 12/31/2025. She had outstanding credit corporate card charges, but when we run the "Process inactive Employee's Corporate Card Transactions" process we still do not see her outstanding transactions - see log output below. Can you please tell use what criteria this process uses for a successful return of transactions? Is there another process we need to run, or a setting that needs to be applied? Also, is there a report that can be run to tell us which employee/transactions will be updated? thank you
