Need to modify the Load Time Card Batch process in Fusion to add Date parameters.

Summary:

In Oracle Fusion Payroll, there is a process called Load Time Card Batch, which is used to load time card details into Fusion Payroll. Due to a heavy volume of data, this process is not completing successfully and continues to run without throwing any error. However, the records are not being processed.

Therefore, there is a requirement to modify this process by adding date parameters so that time cards can be selected and processed based on a specific date range.
