In Promote redwood page,action reason dynamic text need to be changed using User Interface Text

We’re attempting to change the action reason text on the Promote (Redwood) page using User Interface Text, but we can’t find it in the Sandbox because the string contains a dynamic value that varies by employee. Can “Why are you promoting…?” be edited via User Interface Text or is there another approach to modify this text?
