Options to Create GRN Without Purchase Order

Hi,

I would like to understand the available options in Oracle Fusion to create a Goods Receipt Note (GRN) without creating a Purchase Order.

Kindly help to check whether Fusion supports non-PO receipts, and if so, please advise the supported approaches or standard processes for recording such receipts.
