Assignment EIT copying field

Hi Team,

While performing a Local and Global Transfer in Redwood UI, we have a field "Which Extensible contexts do you want to copy?". The field behavior is inconsistent and is visible for few Employees and is not visible for few. Does this field appear based on any specific section having values in Assignment EIT in existing assignment? I did a test populating value in same section for 2 employees, for 1 the field is visible, and for another the field is not visible in Local and Global Transfer page. Can someone help on this?
