The need for this arises because our client holds a very significant volume of customer records and they do not abide by address validation rules in Oracle as per Loqate. However, client want to maintain supplier records in a more proper way there by cleansing and maintaining supplier addresses as per loqate standard's validation rules.

Is it possible to disable country address validation for customers and enable the same for suppliers?
