Where should the New Unified Location Index Show Different Results?

Regarding the release update in 25D “Unified Location Index for Location Search Autosuggest”, I enabled this feature in one test environment and compared the results with another environment where the feature is not enabled.

On the Career Page, the location search behaved exactly the same in both environments. There was no visible difference when searching for locations.

At which point or in which test scenario should we expect to see different behavior with this new functionality? Or is it possible that we missed a step when activating it?
