Taleo 10 - Tracking multiple interview schedules?

We are preparing to go live with Taleo 10 and we understand that it is not possible to perform "Schedule Interview" more than once per candidate per req.  Our goal is to be able to track how many unique interview meetings were held, how many rounds of interviews it took, who met with the candidate, what date they met (time would be nice too, but not required).  Taleo suggested using History Comments, but that's not scalable nor reportable.

The majority of our hiring is professional exempt/salaried positions, so the Interview Scheduler module won't solve for our requirements.

How are other customers handling this?  Is anyone using a 3rd party Interview Mgmt application?
