In subscriptions, Product close date having different date format

Hello team,

We noticed that 'Product close date' field is having different date format as compared to the start and End date at the product line are. Was there any reason for this, business users want that it should be same. Please advise can we do this; they also mention that this change happened in the one of the releases.
