Attachment type as text for the approver to approve the requisitions

Summary:

In Classic UI, There is attachment type as Text and user can input the comments as can be seen in the screenshot. However, this is not the case for Redwood UI. Is there any roadmap in which Oracle is going to provide this in future for Redwood?
