Alt department rollup not aggregating

I have three alternate department rollups. Two are aggregating properly (Accounting_Ext_Rptg and Fixed ex Content & Editorial). The third is not (PTUD_X_AI). The properties are set up the same. Is there some other setting I'm missing? All the shared members show the correct data, it just isn't summing up under the parent.
