Restrict updating amount data fields in Correct import in spreadsheet

Summary:

We have Journal Entries with Journal Source set as 'Partial allow import correction only' . Journal Source doesnt require approval to post.
Due to Cross validation rules and any data errors, users need to use 'Correct Journal in Spreadsheet' to update the spreadsheet and import the Journal entry.
This process is letting users to modify any amounts or any other fields.

Can we restrict updating amount fields using 'Correct Journal in Spreadsheet' or can we initiate Journal approvals if any changes are done?
