Assign Journey to Terminated Employee

Hi,

We have Off Boarding Journeys that sometimes need to be manually assigned to terminated employees. It seems like there is no option to assign/search Journey to a terminated employee.

We recall back in Person Management/Checklist Template, we were able to search employee with an effective date of when they are active, and then assign a journey to the employee. This option seems to be no longer available in Journey/Redwood. Does anyone have a work around for this?
