What configuration allows managers to update performance ratings in Talent Reviews?

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can shed some light on how managers can update performance ratings in Talent Reviews.

Currently:

  • The performance rating shown in the Talent Review is pulled from the employee's most recent performance appraisal
  • During the Talent Review meeting, only the facilitator can update an employee's performance rating
  • Managers, when they complete the Prepare Review Content task, are unable to enter a new or updated performance rating for their employees

Our desired state:

  • Managers should be able to enter a new performance rating for their employees as part of the Prepare Review Content task ahead of the Talent Review meeting
