Change Assignment Page - Demotion Action - Missing Frequency field

Hi,

We are using Redwood "Change Assignment" Page. We can see the "Assignment Standard Working Hours Frequency" filed on the change assignment transaction for all the actions except "Demotion".

There are no custom business rules on this page in VBCS.

For testing purpose we created a custom business rule in VBCS and explicitly made "Assignment Standard Working Hours" field visible assuming that it will automatically enable related field "Assignment Standard Working Hours Frequency" but it did not work.
