Internal Bank Account Transfers Cash Management transfer Payment status is showing as Terminated.

We are creating Internal Bank Account Transfers between two internal bank accounts in Oracle Fusion Cash Management.
For certain transfers, the Cash Management transfer status remains as “Settlement in Process”, while Payment status is showing as Terminated. Similarly transfers with the same From and To bank accounts are completing successfully.
