Using "Referral Reason" from Job Specific Referral
Summary:
This is a follow up question from a previous thread.
How can the "Referral Reason" information collection during job specific referral section be utilized? For example, is there a specific variable/field name that we can add it to a recruiting field and/or email so that information becomes available to a manager? (Eg. Field: Submission/Referral_Reason) Or maybe through a field accesible through TCC?
Right now it is only available in the "History" section of the submission.
