How to add additional delivery options in "US End of Year W2 Employee Extract Definition"

Summary: We have a requirement to customize W2 output ,need to include additional delivery options with respective templates, we have also customized the report and referring the custom report path in delivery option. When we run the extract with additional delivery option , extract is not considering custom templates at all , it only generates seeded output.

Is there any additional set up that has to be done in delivery option or elsewhere for seeded extract to consider the custom templates and delivery option?
